EVELYN QUINTOS
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Evelyn is President and CEO of HealthQuest Enterprises Inc. Evelyn’s role at HealthQuest is built
on over 15 years of entrepreneurial success. Evelyn’s business acumen began in the early 80’s. After a
successful sales stint at Roneo/Facil Business Machines, Evelyn founded EGM Trading; a company that sells
business machines and equipment. From 1991 to 1994, Evelyn was President and Chief Executive Officer of
Rehab Network; a healthcare staffing company. In 1995, Evelyn founded Healthcrest Enterprises, Inc and
became its President and CEO. Under her leadership, Evelyn steered Healthcrest to become one of the nation’s
leading providers of healthcare professionals. Realizing the importance of technology in business, Evelyn
founded Technocrest in 1998; an information technology company that provides IT services. She is also
currently serving key executive positions at Q Resources Inc., Healthcrest
Medical Staffing , Crest Management and Crest Collection Services Inc. In July 2003, Evelyn established
Crest Jewelers Inc. adding it to the list of success organizations under the Crest Group of Companies.
Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southern Islands School of Nursing
of Cebu, Philippines.

ROBERT BABINE
Vice President and CFO
Prior to being named to this post, Mr. Babine functioned as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director of Perennial Health Systems, Inc.
He held those positions from September 1994 to January 1999. From 1993 to 1994 he was Vice President of Management Alternatives, Inc., a financial consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Since 1990, Mr. Babine has also been owner of RJB Holdings, Inc., a company with investments in real estate and a service related business.
From 1989 to 1990, Mr. Babine was Vice President and CFO for Burris Foods, Inc., a wholesale distributor of frozen food. From 1984 to 1989, he was the Controller of International Operations for Kentucky Fried Chicken (“KFC”).
Prior to that he was Director of Accounting for KFC’s international operation from 1982 to 1984. Mr. Babine also has experience as an auditor with the Arthur Young International accounting Firm from 1974 to 1978.
Mr. Babine received a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1972 and an MSBA Degree in Finance and Accounting in 1974; both Degrees are from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Babine also has been a member of the Connecticut Society of CPA’s since 1976.

REBECCA MALACAMAN
Vice President, Marketing
Rebecca Malacaman is Healthquest's vice president of marketing responsible for cultivating its strategic
business partners. Rebecca brings to Healthquest a successful background of over 10 years of business
development, project management, quality assurance and information technology experiences. Prior to
joining Healthquest, Rebecca served as Project Coordinator for GE Capital in Stamford, Connecticut. Prior
to her stint with GE Capital, Rebecca worked for the National Economic Development Authority; the social
and economic development planning and policy coordinating body of the Philippine Government.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Paul College of Manila,
Philippines and a diploma in Systems Engineering from Okinawa International Center in Japan.
